Hi Ponders,
If you weren't there for the last meeting, you missed a great one!

Besides Judy's wonderful baked goods and the rest of the meal, Steve had a very interesting speaker.

Joe Doll and his partners have made invested their time and a lot of  money into raising sturgeon in tanks in Caldwell county near  Patterson. Recognizing that the world's supply of wild sturgeon is  nearly extinct, they figure that the price of caviar is going sky high in a few years--just about the time their fish are large enough  to produce! Joe held our attention throughout his story of getting  government agencies to let them proceed with the project and their 
successes and failures so far.

Now, mark your calendars for December 19. That is that date the Anna and Walter Murawski again graciously open their home to us for our  Christmas social. Ham and turkey (or something) will be provided. Please bring side dishes and desserts. We will have our annual present swap - bring one present per person, $10 or less.
